RETURN POLICY: Defective or DOA items will be replaced and/or refunded at our option. All other returns must be in ORIGINAL, FACTORY packaging in good condition. Any destroyed or damaged packaging prevents us from reselling the items as "new" condition and will incur a 15% restocking charge. All other returns are for MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY, less any original or return shipping charges. Please use care when ordering to ensure that the item ordered is specifically for the use intended. Captain Gary's is not responsible for user errors. A 15% restocking charge may be imposed at our discretion. PRICING: While we endeavor to publish an accurate catalog and pricing, we reserve the right to refuse the sale and/or shipment of items improperly priced due to supplier error and/or pricing errors. Inventory: CaptainGarys.com maintains a huge selection of inventory available for purchase. At times an item may show an "in - stock" condition while ordering, only to be sold to another customer while the order is pending. We have FOUR major suppliers, and in the event of a backorder situation, we can usually locate the item in a very timely fashion. On items that are backordered, the customer will be promptly notified and given the option of a full refund, or to allow us to locate the item(s) and ship them within a satisfactory time frame. |
