Conditions of Use All items are carefully hand packaged and prepared for shipment within 1-2 days after receipt of payment not including weekends. Please allow 7-10 days, after processing, for your package to arrive. If your merchandise is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item so that we can begin to resolve the issue. All items are available at the time of their listing. However, on the rare occasion that the merchandise is out of stock, you do have the option of a full refund, waiting for the inventory to be restocked or choosing another item of the same value.
