Shipping What destinations do you ship to? Domestic shipping destinations include the continental 48 United States including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will ship by Friday of the same week. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will ship by Tuesday of the following week. Holidays will affect this scheduling. How long will it take before my order arrives?
At checkout, you will be presented with three shipping options: United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, United States Postal Service (USPS) Express, Priority and Parcel Post services. RETURNS To obtain an authorization to return an item for credit or replacement click here if the date of purchase is within 30 days from today's date. Provide the order number and a full explanation of the reason for the return. We will contact you within 24 hours with complete instructions. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 30% restocking fee payable, upon issuance of the return authorization, through the original form of payment. DAMAGED SHIPMENTThe recipient of the shipment must resolve claims for damage with the respective shipping carrier. Click here and provide us with the order number and a full, complete description of the damage. We will assist you in filing the damage claim to the extent possible but the final responsibility for preparation, submission and completion of the claim is with the shipment recipient. Established damage claim policies and procedures, promulgated by the respective shipping carrier, must be complied with or the claim for damages may be delayed or denied.
