We are sorry that you are experiencing problems with your new GPS. If you have purchased this unit within the last year you have a factory warranty that will cover any defect or failure of the unit. Many problems can be handled by a tech over the phone without having to return the unit. These are small high-powered computers and a tech may be able to help you reset/reboot the unit or adjust a few setting to correct your problem.

(Note: Monday mornings or the day after a holiday are often difficult to get through to a tech for assistance)
SDcommodities will assist you with any factory warranty claims for the first 30 days and provide a new replacement. After 30 days your will need to contact the manufacturer for a warranty return authorization.
If your problem is not resolved by a tech call and your purchase was within 30 days, then please email us at SDcommodities@gmail.com for a RMA#
Any non-defective merchandise returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
