Shipping Information

What are the shipping rates?

Happy Home and Leisure automatically computes and displays shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket.  On most items, the shipping fees are pre-determined based on the cost of your order.  The weight of your item and which warehouse we pull your item(s) from also factor into the shipping costs.  

 

"Specialty" items and "One-of-a-kind" items are typically less expensive to ship.   Shipping costs will be specified on these items individually.    These items are not subject to any of the conditions below.

 

Larger items, such as furniture are subject to special shipping rates, usually 11% of the item amount. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada could be subject to additional shipping costs.  Not all items are available to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.  Any questions, please inquire and you will receive an answer within 48 hours.

International buyers are subject to an additional shipping costs per order.  Not all items are available Internationally.  Please email your item choices via the "contact us" page so we can properly calculate your shipping time and costs.  We will then send you a statement payable by PAYPAL ONLY.   

APOs, FPOs and U.S. Territories could be subject additional shipping costs as well.  Not all items are available to APOs, FPOs and U.S. Territories.  These orders must be processed manually by a customer service representative.  Please submit your request via the "contact us" page along with your telephone number and a customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours to obtain your shipping information.

Alaska, Hawaii, International, APOs, FPOs and U.S. Territories please allow an additional 10-14 business days for shipping.                     

Items are usually shipped within 48-72 hours after your order is placed.
  • Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
  • Tracking information provided when available, usually within 24 hours of shipment.

You must provide us with a valid "bill to" and "ship to" phone number when placing your order, as most carriers will need to schedule the delivery with you.

Shipping Times

Most of our orders are shipped within 48-72 hours. Tracking information is e-mailed within 24 hours of shipment.

Most of our orders arrive within 6-8 business days. For larger items, Please allow up to 15 business days for your item to arrive.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.

Has my order shipped?

We e-mail tracking numbers on all orders usually within 24 to 48 hours of shipment. Our estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days following shipment.

Can I track my order?

We e-mail tracking numbers on all orders usually within 24 hours of shipment. Along with the tracking number, we provide a link to the carriers Web page to assist in your tracking.

My order never arrived?

If you have received a tracking number and your order never arrived in accordance to the shipping carrier's estimated delivery date, please contact us at HappyHomeLeisure@aol.com

 and we will assist you in locating your order.

If you have not received a tracking number:
      Has it been 15 business days since your order was confirmed?

NO  : Please wait the 15 business day period prior to contacting us.
YES : Please contact us at HappyHomeLeisure@aol.com

An item is missing from my order?

Most of our products are shipped from a central warehouse. However, there are times that orders contain products that are shipped from multiple warehouses.

If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment:

  • Please verify that the missing item is identified on the receipt located inside the shipping box. Please note, only items shipped are printed on the packing list and charged on your credit card. If an item in your order is not in stock, we will notify you via email on the backorder and we will NOT charge your credit card for that item.
  • If you believe that we shipped and charged your credit card and a product is missing, please contact us immediatelyat HappyHomeLeisure@aol.com

I received a product missing parts

Billing & Payment
What payment methods do you offer?

  • Pay Securely through PayPal!  (International Buyers, PayPal only)
  • We never charge for credit card service fees.
  • You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at Happy Home and Leisure. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information. Please read our "Security Policy" for more information.
  • "PAY OFFLINE" option is offered to our customers who prefer to send a certified check or money order.  We do this because we do not accept credit cards directly, only through a PayPal account.  If you wish to "PAY OFFLINE" simply check the box and proceed.  You order will be on hold for 7 days awaiting funds.  You may then send a cerified (cashier's) check or money order to:  HAPPY HOME AND LEISURE  3837 NORTHDALE BLVD. SUITE# 260, TAMPA, FLOIRDA  33624.  Once your funds are received, your order will be shipped.  Funds must be received within 7 days of placing your order, otherwise the order will cancel and you will need to re-order.  We do our best to put your items aside, butdue to high deman, we cannot always guarantee items will still be in stock once funds are received.

How do I use a coupon?
If available, to redeem a coupon, paste or type the coupon code in the "Coupon Code" box located on the checkout page. You will to click the "Recalculate" button for the coupon to take effect.

Some coupons have certain restrictions. Please look at the web page with the coupon for more information.

  • Some offers are available to new customers only.
  • A minimum purchase, not including shipping and tax, of the amount of the coupon required.
  • Coupons can be used with credit card purchases only.
  • Coupons are not valid with any other coupon, shipping offer or promotion.
  • Most offers have expiration dates, stated on the web page with the coupon.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge 7.0% sales tax for orders shipped to Florida only. Sales tax is automatically computed at time of checkout on both product(s) and shipping costs.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Immediately after submitting your order, we display your invoice/receipt. Please print this invoice/receipt out for your records. In addition, we also e-mail you a copy of your invoice/receipt.
