How We Started   

Fantasy Home Decor is a dream that became reality in 2008. With my wife and I unwilling to trust my infant daughter's care to a local daycare, we worked separate shifts, but it still wasn't quite enough.

Being forced to entertain the thought of an 80+ hour work week just to make ends meet, we started looking into other career options so that I could still have some family time. 

Initially opening in February as Household Works, we had some technical troubles with our webhost that forced us to move and later change our name, though I have since gotten the original site working again (to an extent). Thus Fantasy Home Decor was born.

As a full-time parent, I understand that your time is as important to you as your lifestyle. Our goal is to offer you the opportunity to easily keep up-to-date on your home and garden without you needing to worry about the time being spent shopping that could be better put to use caring for yourself and your family.

At Fantasy Home Decor, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service at reasonable prices. This online store allows us to pass on savings directly to you because of lower overhead than traditional brick and mortar retailers.
