Conditions of Use
Returns
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department. Use the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page or email us at Returns@Fantasyhomedecor.com with the subject of "RMA". All items being returned must be in original condition. In order to be eligible for an RMA, we must receive an email request for your RMA within 7 days of when you receive your order. Defects in merchandise or items damaged during shippingShipping charges for any item(s) being returned due to damage received during shipping or defects in merchandise will be covered by Fantasy Home Decor up to 15 days from date of delivery. Only exchanges for the same item are eligible in these cases. Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply. All shipping instructions will be in the email you receive with your RMA # and instructions must be followed. Once we receive the item, a replacement item will be shipped out within 2 business days or refund/store credit issued if the correct item is unavailable for any reason. RefundAll other returns are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges are to be paid by you and a 20% restocking fee is charged. We strongly suggest getting insurance on items being returned. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
Mail-In-Rebates (MIR) Unless otherwise specified, any MIR is valid for up to 14 days from the date you receive your order. Any MIR postmarked after 14 days is considered void and will not be honored. MIR forms are mailed separately through USPS. Refused Delivery Any delivery that is refused, or otherwise not accepted, will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. A store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways. Any time a refund is granted, we will do our best to offer the return in the same form of payment as it was originally made, however, this may not always be possible. If it is not possible, we will contact you for possible alternative methods, and final decision on method of repayment will be solely at the discretion of Fantasy Home Decor. An order is not binding upon Fantasy Home Decor until it is accepted; Fantasy Home Decor must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment, regardless of the method of payment chosen. Any customer making an order that is not accepted will be notified by mail at our earliest convenience, along with the reason. If payment was made, it will be refunded in full. In cases where the order is refused due to being out of stock of an item(s), we will refund just the amount of the item(s) refused if the customer wishes to continue with the remainder of the transaction. In any case, all transactions are domestic within the United States of America and all transactions must be solely in U.S. currency.
Legal
We do our absolute best to follow all laws pertaining to e-commerce; however, with such a wide range of regulations, we may not be aware of all of them. In any circumstances where you feel that Fantasy Home Decor may be performing any action that may be considered to be of questionable legality, we ask that you contact Customer Support with the exact reason, so that we may address the issue directly. We will do our best to correct any possible issue in a timely manner, but in all cases, Household Works is solely bound by the laws of Washington State and those laws of the federal government pertaining to online (e-commerce) stores. The laws of any other state are followed solely at our discretion.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail; however we will make reasonable exceptions on a case by case basis.
