Shipping:

In-Stock Merchandise normally ships out to the address you designate, in 2-5 business days by USPS Priority Mail Service. Bellissimo! maintains a large inventory, but if at the time of order, an item is out, we will notify you promptly.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways.

Returns:

Broken items - when an item is broken it must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt and will be replaced and sent back to you from the fulfillment center.

All orders we receive are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed and all are non-refundable except as below - 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, if you are not completely satisfied with an item, just call us to return. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Items must be packed carefully and returned in mint condition. You will receive a refund check for the retail price of the item (s) minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.
