These links indicate your site is in arrears and is slated for deactivation - in order to remove them please login to your site admin and go to the billing history tab to verify the status of your account. You may need to correct your payment information or use the upgrade hosting link to recreate your payment plan. If you feel this message is in error login to your site admin and create a support ticket indicating such so the billing dept can verify your account standing.
