Shipping Calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped.

Delivery Times can vary for each product based on the location and size of the product. Certain products carried by Tough Gear are shipped from different locations. In some instances when ordering multiple products you may receive your order in more than one shipment and at different times based on the location from which your products are shipped.  

Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order.

Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.
