Conditions of Use
Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of order date. Please email us for a RMA number and authorization. Email us with your name, order number and reason for return to partyblock@yahoo.com.
Non-Returnable Items: Edible Products or Lingerie Type Products
Damaged Items: Please notify us via email within 10 days of delivery date if you receive a damaged item. We will send UPS to pick up your damaged item and replace it to you at no additional charge. Please notify us via email: partyblock@yahoo.com. Be sure to include your name, order number and detailed information regarding the nature of the damage to your product.
