The purpose of this section, conditions of use, is to summarize the  manner by which we will provide products and related services to you. 

Registration 

We are requesting that you register with us to provide accurate and specific information about yourself and your chosen method of payment so that we can offer you timely services.  We want you to enjoy your shopping experience as well as the gifts that you purchase. Through this registration you will provide important information so that we can ship your purchases in a the manner that you request.  By having a customer file we will keep only information that we need to complete your sale and to provide you with information about special sales, discounted prices, and coupons that will protect your bank account. 

G & L Marketing group is made up of five virtual stores for your shopping pleasure.  With your permission, we will provide information about coupons, special sales, and price drops in each store.  Your information is on file with G & L Marketing Group.  We  maintain customer files for the purpose communicating information to you regarding your shopping experience. WE WILL NOT SELL NOR RENT YOUR INFORMATION TO ANYONE.  Our goal is to provide you with a pleasant trip to our malls and competive prices.  We will not abuse your trust. We will cancel your membership upon your request.

Area of Service

At the present we will ship to addresses in the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgen Islands, and other US Territories. Pending governmental regulations we are not shipping to APO and FPO locations.  We will begin shipping to those locations as procedures change.  

Terms

Your registration is an aggreement between you and our company by which you agree to pay for specific products and we agree to ship your product in a timely manner and in "working" condition.  There is no fee for registration.  As a buyer, you pay only for the product purchased and any applicable shipping and handling fee.  Shipping fees are determined by UPS and will be noted at checkout.  These fees often vary buy geographic location.  Shipping and Handling fees are determined by UPS.

Our main goal is to provide the product of your choice at a price that is fair and to ship your product to you as quickly as possible.  There are many "things" that can happen to change the price of your product and shipping costs. When this happens we will provide an acceptable alternative.

Returns and Refunds

Please understand that we purchase our gift baskets from Vendors who specialize in builting quality gift baskets.  We have to pay for your basket once it ships to you.  Because of the nature of our gift baskets, we can not accept cancellations once the product ships.  We will make every effort to stop your order, but if it has been shipped, your card will be charged.  We are not able to refund the purchase price of consumable goods once the item has been shipped.  The price for non-consumables may be refunded when accompanied by a return number (RMA).  You may request an RMA number within 48 hours of delivery.  Return procedures will be emailed to you upon request.

All refund must be returned postpaid.  Consumable products such as food, etc., and movies, games, tapes, etc., will not be considered for return.  Direct your questions to customer service. (281) 813-0394
