Shipping We will ship to locations in the US including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerco Rico, the Virgin Islands, and other US Territories. Unless requested, we will ship by US Mail which is generally the less expensive means of shipping. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours depending on product availability. You will be notified immediately if your basket has been put on back order. In this case, you will be offered an alternative product of equal value, a refund, and in either case, a special gift of apology to ease your dissapointmnet. Shipping Problems Please check your gift basket as soon as you receive it. Look for damage and check your basket against the shipping invoice and the advertised contents of your gift basket. Note and damages and concerns that you might have and notify your carrier and G & L Marketing Group, as soon as possible. Because we have to communicate with the shipper, we need to know the details within 72 hours to effect a claim with them on your behalf. Special Delivery Circumstances Problems with delivery such as incorrect address, no-one available to accept delivery, requests to change delivery address once the product has been shipped, will be subject to an additional fee to resend an order. Unfortunately, the mail system will not refund fees to us, and we must pass that fee on to our customers. Info that I just found out is that Uncle Sam charges an additional $5.00 per package when the original information is incorrect. Please note that orders that are refused upon delivery will be canceled when the item is returned to the warehouse. In this case, we will refund all monies collected, minus the shipping and handling fees. The goal and mission of any member of G & L Marketing Group is to provide each and every customer an ejoyable shopping experience, the highest quality of product, reasonable prices, and the appropriate redress of any complaint. Limitation of Liability It is impossible to address each and every problem that can occur and to address an amicable way to cure the problem. In no event shall G & L Marketing Group, nor any of it's owners, empoyees, vendors, or customers accept liability for any special, indirect, incidental or consiquential damages arising out of or connected with the sales or delivery of goods or services. Regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, nor shall buyers damages exceed the amount of the purchase price of the goods or services. |
