Q - What are your discount policies?

10% discount on full cases of wine ordered (excluding shipping and sales tax).

10% discount on basket orders of 10 or more.

15% discount on selected in-store bottles of wine, come on in and see.

Q - Can I create a custom gift basket?

Absolutely.  Just give us a call at (714) 436-0836 or toll-free at                              1-800 9-TFG TFG, and we will walk you through your choices.

Q – Do you gift-wrap?

Yes we have complimentary gift bag, tissue and raffia for in-store guests.  We also have a wide selection of gift baskets, gift bags and crate boxes that you may purchase and we will assemble for you at no extra charge.

Q - What are your in-store hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Q - Do you deliver?

Yes we do, for orders of $25 or more, within 10 miles.  $10 delivery thereafter up to 20 miles. Orders of $150 or more are delivered free within 20 miles.

Q - What form of payments do you take?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover in-store and PayPay      on-line; and we do offer invoicing on all pre-approved accounts.  Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment.

Q – Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes we do sell beautiful Magnetic-strip Gift Cards starting at $10.

Q – Do you customize wine labels?

Yes, we have many different styles to choose from. Turn-around time for small orders is 2 hours.  For one or more cases, we need 2 weeks.  We can also do your company label on a bottle of wine or champagne.

Do you have Wine-Tastings?

Yes we have an exclusive booking at the Double Tree Hotel, directly across the walkway from us. We have various fun themes. We can also customize a wine tasting for your needs such as an office gathering, bridal shower, birthday, etc.  

We also feature a special wine-tasting for the ladies called, MY DESPERATE HOUSEWINES.
