RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. Any product purchased from www.UnboundScience.com that you are not completely satisfied with, you may return within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange of purchase. All returned orders must have an RMA number to receive. Orders are subject to manufacturer's warranty, or a 15% restocking fee.

Standards for Return: Returns must be 100% complete in original packaging and in a re-salable condition. All returns must have an RMA number on them, and must be returned within 15 days from the date of issued RMA. Returned orders that do not meet these requirements or are returned for any reason may delay refund.

Damaged Products: All products that are received damaged whether due to damage in transit, or prior to shipping will be replaced at no additional cost to you. Please follow our return procedures listed below to request a replacement for a damaged shipment.

Return Procedures: To return a product, please follow the steps below:

Fill our our form on the Contact us page for an RMA number within 30 days of the original ship date. Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA: order number (found in the package), reason for return, your name and contact information, including daytime phone number in case we need to call you back about your return.
All orders returned must have an RMA number to receive credit.
Verify that the merchandise you are returning meets the standards for return (see above), including fully re-salable condition. If the product was damaged upon receipt the standards for return to not apply.
Return the merchandise via UPS, or US Mail insured, with delivery confirmation within 15 days of receiving RMA. Returns received after 15 days of RMA issuance may be returned to the customer. Customer will receive credit for returned shipping charges if product is returned because of a defect. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for orders returned because of an error in ordering, or for unwanted products. Products returned, but not received by www.UnboundScience.com are the sole responsibility of the customer. Use a traceable and insured shipping method for your own protection.
